Riley and Jill love their new apartment but are already in hot water with the HOA, apparently they have been a little noisy of late with the police having to be called a few times on them, they just happen to be typical college girls that like to through parties! Mr Johnson totally empathizes with them but reminds them of the community bylaws and explains to them they are definitely facing the possibility of eviction! but all hope is not lost for Riley and Jill, Mr Johnson sits on the housing board as is willing to help them keep their place, but as usual, Mr Johnson's help comes with a price.
